Valentine Popcorn
Ruby and White Chocolate Drizzled over Popcorn!
Equipment
- 1 Wilton Candy Melting Pot OR a double boiler for melting chocolate
Ingredients
- 2 cups Popcorn Kernels Pop it up! (We like to make it with coconut oil)
- 2 cups Ruby Chocolate
- 2 cups White Chocolate
- 2 cups Valentine M&Ms Can be pink sixlets
Instructions
- Pop the Popcorn. We do this in the whirly pop which pops about 1/3 cup of kernels at a time. We use a scant 1/4 cup coconut oil and just over 1/3 kernels and a slight dash of salt for this recipe.
- Spread parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Spread popcorn into a layer on the cookie sheet. Remove all the kernels that didn't pop!
- Melt the Ruby Chocolate & if you have a Wilton Melter, melt both chocolates at once.
- Drizzle the popcorn! One chocolate at a time!
- Add in M&Ms while the chocolate is soft.
- Allow chocolates to set. This can be done in refrigerator. It takes about one hour.
- After the chocolate sets, break up the popcorn into big chunks of yummy goodness. Then package it up to share!
